Seasonal Walleye Tactics
Spring smallmouth shallow 4-10 ft on rock, jerkbaits and ned rigs.
Lake trout 60-90 ft deep, dipsy divers + spoons. Smallmouth on rocky shorelines 12-22 ft, tubes and dropshot.
October smallmouth pre-spawn on rocky points 12-22 ft, hair jigs.
Ice walleyes hit mid-lake humps and break edges 18-28 ft.
